At SOT BBQ, we bring people together through the experience of authentic Korean barbecue. Inspired by traditional Korean cooking methods, our name comes from the “SOT,” a cast iron cauldron, and the “SOT-TTUKEONG,” or cauldron lid, traditionally used in Korea for grilling meats and vegetables over an open flame for generations.
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, gathering with friends and family, or simply enjoying a night out, SOT BBQ offers a modern and inviting atmosphere designed for connection, conversation, and great food.
